  • Much like therapy, your coach will not give you advice and tell you what to do. We do not focus on your backstory but rather on your desired future.

  • I believe that how you show up in your work affects the rest of your life and vice versa. There are no taboo topics and you can bring up the challenges that are most pertinent in any area of your life.

  • It only works if you are "coachable". Being ‘coachable’ simply means being open to learning, growing, and embracing new perspectives, even when it feels challenging. Coaching is based on a belief that you are responsible for the life you create. You are capable of change, even if we're addressing deep-rooted life-long patterns.
