Chapter 1: Zooming Out

I began in creative.

I studied Creative Communication in Vilnius and filmmaking at the University of Melbourne. My path moved from video editing in San Francisco, to a creative team in Spain, to leading a 7-person creative and content studio in Germany.

With each step, the work moved closer to direction.

From editing → to directing.
From creative execution → to narrative ownership.
From campaigns → to positioning.

Even before I knew what Product Marketing was, I was doing it.

I wasn’t satisfied with just making things look good.

I wanted to understand why they worked — and how they influenced perception.

Chapter 2: The Shift to Strategy

I’ve consistently operated ahead of title.

Early in my career, I was hired into roles that didn’t yet exist — building capabilities before companies had structured them.

In my early twenties, I stepped into leadership in a male-dominated hardware company. I led a distributed creative and product marketing team, driving launches, narrative direction, and cross-functional execution.

Later, at Glorious, a US-based omnichannel consumer hardware brand, I built and scaled the Product Marketing function from scratch. I defined positioning, led global launches, mentored talent through multiple promotions, and repositioned the brand in a way that shaped company strategy.

Without decades of tenure to rely on, I built credibility through structure.

Frameworks.
Clear thinking.
Theory properly applied.

Authority, I learned, is not a title.
It’s clarity paired with responsibility — and the ability to align people around shared purpose and direction.

Chapter 3: End-to-End Ownership

Alongside corporate leadership, I built my own product ecosystem.

I co-created and scaled a digital education platform, including Win Win Academy — a program built around ethical influence and alignment-based decision-making.

Because without true buy-in, thought leadership is just a deck.

We built and operated the full system:

Offer architecture.
Webinars.
Paid acquisition.
Lifecycle messaging.
Live cohorts.
Community retention.

I wasn’t consulting from the sidelines.

I was shipping product, testing messaging, refining funnels, and owning outcomes.

That experience sharpened my commercial judgment. When narrative and revenue sit in the same seat, clarity becomes non-negotiable.

Chapter 4.

Repositioning brands taught me something critical:

Insight alone doesn’t move organizations.

Alignment does.

Thought leadership is not enough if teams are misaligned.
Strong positioning collapses without cross-functional buy-in.

So I invested deeper.

Alongside execution-driven roles, I studied behavioral psychology, coaching, and facilitation — not to pivot careers, but to strengthen how I lead.

I applied coaching principles inside my teams. Trust increased. Ownership increased. Performance increased.

I saw firsthand how well-facilitated meetings accelerate decisions — and how easily unstructured rooms drift into noise.

I’ve been acting as departmental glue for years.

Now I do it intentionally.

Chapter 4: Designing Alignment

Repositioning brands taught me something critical:

Insight alone doesn’t move organizations.

Alignment does.
Strong positioning collapses without cross-functional buy-in.

So I trained as a professional coach and facilitator.

I applied coaching principles inside my teams. Trust deepened. Ownership shifted.

I saw firsthand how well-facilitated meetings accelerate decisions — and how easily unstructured rooms drift into noise.

I’ve been acting as departmental glue for years.

Now I do it intentionally.
